Summer time officially starts tomorrow, 21st June – ironic really as from this day onwards, the nights start gradually getting shorter! But in astronomical terms, the summer solstice (longest day of the year) falls on 21st June this year and marks the first day of summer.
And with Summer comes Summer fetes, whether these are School fetes, Church fayres or Village fetes – the tradition of a British Summer Fete is something that we at Elite Offset love.
There’s something about walking around a village green or school field, looking at stall after stall of homemade cakes, jams and chutneys that really makes you love this typically Summer past time. And I don’t know about you, but I always end up buying numerous home made jams, marinades and chutneys, stick them in the fridge then forget to eat them! Still, every year without fail I’m always attracted to these stalls and I buy more.
It got me thinking that where schools, churches and local councils run Summer fetes and fayres, so do businesses take advantage of the warmer weather and longer days by holding outdoor exhibitions and garden parties.
If you or your company are hosting an outdoor event this Summer, have you thought about how you can create an attention grabbing display that gets everyone talking? If you’re exhibiting at an outdoor event, festival or a fete you want to get noticed, right? We can produce a vast range of eye-catching showpieces like fabric backdrops, booths and exhibition stands as well as furniture like fabric seating cubes, deck chairs and even beanbags.
We can also produce fabric table covers, table runners, barrier covers and pop up kiosks so whatever the occasion whether it’s a festival, fete or garden party, there is something available and for every budget.
The idea of fabric displays and furniture can be that it is expensive, but you may be surprised at how cost effective some of our products are, and they are such a crowd pleaser that I firmly believe it’s money well spent.
